This Vision of Individual Isolated Humans,

Who are Only Information Processors,

With No Emotion Involved,

Rejected Co-operation as a Natural Human Instinct.

The Idea That a Human Individual Could Have the Interests of the Whole at Heart

Was Thought To Be Naive. 

A New Era of Freedom Was Dictated by the Victors of the Cold War,

The West.

If Offered an Alternative to Democracy:

Corruption,

Growing Fragility,

and the Dramatic Rise of

Inequality.

This Bleak Vision,

Far From Liberating Us,

Has Become Our Cage.
